Substitutions are sometimes necessary to ensure your delivery arrives in a timely manner. Our florists will ensure that your order is filled as similar as possible.
In the event that substitutions are necessary we will attempt to use the same types of flowers, substituting to keep the same color palette. If we are unable to use the same types of flowers we will ensure that your arrangement is presented in the same color palette using similar flowers. Green plants may be substituted with plants of similar value and style. Blooming plants maybe substituted with a similar colored plant. Containers may be substituted ensuring similar look and feel.
